Never run out of Data with our internet options or Data Packs.
Travelling abroad can be more complicated when you don't have internet. Make sure your trip goes well by never missing internet connection.
When you add an option, it will be active immediately and automatically renewed at the end of the billing period, unless you deactivate it. Options are billed from the 10th of the month to the 9th of the following month for private customers and from the 1st of the month to the 31st for companies. If you activate or deactivate an option during a billing period, you will still pay a full monthly charge. The activation, as well as the deactivation of an option has immediate effect.
The option Internet Rest of World (valid in zones C, D & E) does not include the option Internet EU & USA (valid in zones A & B). To benefit from both during the same billing period, the two options need to be activated and deactivated separately.
To surf abroad at an attractive rate you have the possibility to buy additional Data Packs. These can be purchased if your subscription does not include a data volume or if you ran out of the data included in your subscription, your option or your Data Pack.
How to activate your Data Pack.
Make sure you are connected to a mobile Network. This won't work if you're using WiFi.
Go to costcontrol.salt.ch. This website is free to use worldwide, you won't be charged for accessing it.
Choose the Data Pack that matches your needs. When done, the data pack will instantly activate.
What's the difference between an Option and a Data Pack?
An option is a service you subscribe to, it is automatically renewed each month.
A Data Pack is valid for the next 30 days after the purchase. Once all the data included is used, you'll have to purchase another Pack to get more data.
