Important:
When you upgrade your subscription with an Add-On, it will be active immediately and automatically renewed at the end of the billing period, unless you deactivate it. Add-Ons are billed from the 10th of the month to the 9th of the following month for private customers and from the 1st of the month to the 31st for business customers. If you activate or deactivate an Add-On during a billing period, you will still have to pay the full monthly fees. The activation and the deactivation of an Add-On take place immediately.
Data Packs.
Data Packs for Switzerland are valid for 30 days. Your subscription does not include data abroad or your credit has been used up? To surf abroad with full cost control, you can purchase additional Data Packs. These are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. When the data is used up, you can buy another pack.
Since 03.10.2022, internet access via the satellite network is no longer available.
The usage of your telephone on a plane, a ship or in a Satellite zone is barred by default. To surf in a Satellite zone, you can buy additional data packages. The packages are valid for 30 days after the date of purchase. When your data package is used up, you can buy another one.
How to activate your Data Pack.
1.
Make sure you are connected to a mobile network. This won't work if you're using Wi-Fi.
2.
Go to costcontrol.salt.ch. This website is free to use worldwide, you won't be charged for accessing it.
3.
Choose the Data Pack that matches your needs. The Data Pack will be activated instantly.
All prices include VAT. You can activate or check your Data Pack usage at any time on costcontrol.salt.ch/status

What's the difference between an Add-On and a Data Pack?
An Add-On is a service you subscribe to, it is automatically renewed each month.
A Data Pack is valid for the next 365 days after the purchase. Once the data volume included is used up, you will have to purchase another Data Pack to get more data.
